I’m thinner then most but heavier than others. I’m 19 years old, a freshman in college, and I used to play softball. I am basically starting over and starting a new life as a person. I have several goals for myself but my main ones are::

-Running a 5K (Already ran my first, looking to run more!!)

-Being in the best shape of my life

-To wear a bikini this summer for the first time since i was 8

I&amp;#8217;ve been to Florida once before. Goal is to eliminate a lot of my stomach. Some things I plan on doing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cardio: I&amp;#8217;m a pretty avid runner, I think I&amp;#8217;ve mention this before. Goal is too run for 40-50 minutes every day or hit the elliptical. Very do-able for anyone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Arms: I usually do the machines which is probably what I will work on this time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Legs: the machines at the gym usually work well for me and some moves at home will add to this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Butt: I always feel awkward doing this at the gym, but squats are gonna be my bestfriend&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Abs: Doing these everyday irregardless.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sleep and Water: Aiming to get 8-9 hours of  sleep every night. Plus 6-8 glasses of water of day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Did I mention I have one month till spring break? Let&amp;#8217;s get busy friends!&lt;/p&gt;
