For the first time ever, we are actually going somewhere warm; Florida. I’ve been to Florida once before. Goal is to eliminate a lot of my stomach. Some things I plan on doing.
Cardio: I’m a pretty avid runner, I think I’ve mention this before. Goal is too run for 40-50 minutes every day or hit the elliptical. Very do-able for anyone.
Arms: I usually do the machines which is probably what I will work on this time.
Legs: the machines at the gym usually work well for me and some moves at home will add to this.
Butt: I always feel awkward doing this at the gym, but squats are gonna be my bestfriend
Abs: Doing these everyday irregardless.
Sleep and Water: Aiming to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. Plus 6-8 glasses of water of day.
Did I mention I have one month till spring break? Let’s get busy friends!
